Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, managing calendars, and providing general support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors and customers.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain a filing system for records, correspondence, and other documents.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
