- 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Team Leadership and Customer service.
- KPIs background and understanding. Strong analysis skills. Strong training skills.
- Experience in conducting feedback conversations. Team Line up planning. Product knowledge.
- Good English skills/understanding.
- Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team. Understanding the store´s needs and acting accordingly.
- Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store.
- Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service.
- Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times incl. Visual Merchandising standards, Replenishment, and Customer service to create the best shopping experience for the consumer.
