About Podcast Labs
Podcast Labs is the UK’s premium audio-first content creation agency. We’re a rapidly growing business and we are once again on the lookout exclusively for the best talent available to join our team of superstars.
We work on some of the most exciting projects in the podcast space including those with sports champions, TV personalities, national business leaders and world renown brands. If you are the best at what you do and are hard-working, ambitious and career-focused we want to hear from you.
Podcast Labs is built around a team of people who really care about the success of the project’s we work on, support their colleagues and want to help write the playbook in a rapidly growing industry.
We’re not a 1990s corporate who is going to make you work evenings and weekends to make up for their dusty old DELL PC that can’t open more than one PDF at a time, whilst dishing out half teaspoons from a catering tub of Nescafe as a staff perk.
We run on the latest computers, iPads and phones from Apple, have big desks and comfy chairs, provide proper barista-style coffee from our neighbourhood roasters and host a range of optional team events including lunches, fitness & wellbeing sessions.
We’re trying to change the overworked & underpaid culture and the mental wellbeing of our staff is really important for us. We aim to create a healthy work-life balance for everyone in the team providing flexibility on your start and finishing hours. It’s extremely rare for us to work out of hours and if you need a day at home to get your head down on a project, that’s cool with us.
In return we do expect our team to be very productive and proactive during work hours. If you’re a “that’s not my job” kind of person this isn’t for you. Podcast Labs is not a business that is for people who want to settle - it’s for those who want to push their creativity and career to the next level and be appreciated and rewarded for their efforts.
