Carpet Trader (Bicester) Limited is a family run, Independent Carpet and Flooring Specialist Retailer who’s ongoing success and rapidly increasing number of new and repeat customers has resulted in the requirement for additional Floor Layers to join our friendly and experienced installation team. As a Karndean Inspire Partner we are looking for the best floor layers the Industry has to offer and as such we are willing to offer a salary to reflect this skill level.

General Purpose
- Install Karndean Design Flooring and carry out sub-floor preparation associated with this role at our customer’s homes and business premises.
- All installations associated with this role are local to Bicester, Oxfordshire.
What Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will have the following:-
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in a Floor Layers position.
- Competent in the installation of Karndean, Amtico & Vinyl Floors.
- It would be advantageous to us if you are also competent in the installation of other hard floors i.e. Safety flooring, laminate & wood, however, this is not essential.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time keeping and well presented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Experience:
- LVT Installation: 3 years (required)
- Subfloor Preparation: 3 years (required)
