We're currently looking to hire a Flight Operations/Global Engagement Scheduler to join our team based at the Training Campus in Crawley. This facility is located close to London's Gatwick Airport.
Position Responsibilities:
Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials to others
Participates in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to meet departmental requirements
Assists in the research and evaluation of organizational issues of moderate scope and complexity
Supports meetings and reviews to ensure that information visibility is provided.
Gathers requirements for projects of moderate scope and complexity and ensures all requirements are met
Contributes to the development and maintenance of the department schedule and budget; assists in monitoring and tracking execution of the plan and communicates plan status
Plans and coordinates facility requirements by interfacing with focal points to satisfy the needs of the business and employees
Maintains and tracks training requirements
Assists with content development of training materials by interfacing with others
Works under general supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with CAAS, DGCA, CAAC, EASA, and FAA rules and regulations regarding pilot currency and proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
Dispatcher License
Bachelor degree or higher
