About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join DataCamp. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to meet our company's hiring needs. You will collaborate with various teams, to identify hiring requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic recruitment execution: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all involved.
  • Trusted advisor to hiring managers: Collaborate closely with our hiring managers, providing invaluable insights and developing tailored hiring strategies that align with their specific needs.
  • Nurturing relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, becoming their go-to partner for all recruitment-related matters.
  • Innovative talent recruitment: Drive innovation in talent acquisition by developing and implementing cutting-edge strategies to attract top-notch candidates who will contribute to our company's growth.
  • Candidate-centric approach: Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Networking and outreach: Proactively engage with potential applicants by leveraging various platforms, such as LinkedIn and other networking initiatives, to build meaningful connections.
  • Active sourcing: Stay up-to-date and engaged on job boards and social platforms, continuously seeking out high-quality candidates to join our team.
  • Compelling job descriptions: Craft captivating and comprehensive job descriptions that effectively communicate our unique opportunities, setting us apart from the competition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in successfully executing full cycle recruitment for Sales positions.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively sourcing talent for sales and customer success roles.
  • Blend of agency/RPO and in-house recruitment experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong drive to fill critical roles, while prioritizing a positive candidate experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain constructive and productive relationships.
  • Ideally, familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
