Make your mark as a Graduate Project Manager at Gardline!

We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our busy Commercial Department.

From tender preparation and project management throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark at Gardline as part of our oil and gas project team. You’ll be inspired by working with an engaging hard-working team and have the benefit of hybrid working as well as potential opportunities for travel.

• Assist the Project Management team with assessment, preparation and submission of tenders and subsequent follow up actions
• Assist the Project Management team with co-ordination and management of projects, ensuring all financial, contractual and other obligations are achieved in accordance with the agreed terms of reference and in accordance with the Companies policies and standards
• Assist the Project Management team with contract review, execution and management according to the Quality Assurance System, including risk management, budget control, performance review / client feedback, and client liaison throughout project lifecycle
• Assist the Project Management team with liaison and management of subcontractors providing related services required under the contract not available in house
• Build effective relationships including making formal presentations and carrying out client visits as required.

You can make your mark as our Graduate Project Manager if you have:

• Qualification to degree level - no specific discipline, however business or engineering related preferrable
• Confident communication skills – within a team setting and on an individual basis.
• Ability to travel (valid Passport)
• Understanding of MS Office 365 applications (Word/Excel/PPT/TEAMS/Project)
• Previous experience within a business environment would be advantageous

• Your team: Commercial Department
• Where you will work: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk (additional travel elsewhere 1-2 times per year)
• Fulltime job: The position of Graduate Project Manager is a fulltime position (37.5 hours a week)
