As a PV Energy Storage System Engineer, you will play a key role in designing comprehensive solutions for the customers while ensuring top-notch technical support and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Designing innovative and efficient solutions for PV energy storage systems to meet customer requirements.
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing technical training to customers to ensure seamless product integration and optimal usage.
- Efficiently handling customer complaints and providing accurate guidance on product installation and operation, which may require occasional business travel.
- Facilitating the application process for product qualifications and contributing to the design of comprehensive product manuals.
- Collaborating with leadership and assisting with other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer in the renewable energy sector.
- Essential Requirement: Proficiency in written and spoken English (other languages will be a plus).
- Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Automation, or related engineering disciplines - preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with PV energy storage systems, lithium-ion batteries, BMS (Battery Management Systems), and PCS (Power Conversion Systems).
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Electrical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of Energy Storage technologies and applications.
- Proficiency in working with Lithium-ion Batteries and related systems.
- Knowledge of Power Electronics and their applications in renewable energy systems.
