A unique opportunity exists for an exceptional candidate to join our Flight Operations Performance Engineering team where you will provide exceptional support to our Crews whilst working with one of the largest and best-known airlines in the world.
The Role
Joining the Flight Operations Performance Engineering team based at our London Stansted Airport offices you will act as the Duty Performance Engineer when on shift assisting the Flight Operations Performance Engineering team to provide Aircraft Performance, Airfield Evaluation and Briefing, Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) plus Weight & Balance data to the entire Ryanair GROUP fleet. This role involves shift work.
Reporting to the Flight Operations Performance Engineering Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- The monitoring and evaluation of AIS and aeronautical publication revisions including a Daily NOTAM watch
- Produce and maintain all Aircraft Performance, Mass & Balance and Airfield Briefing related documentation
- Airport and runway obstacle analyses and maintenance of take-off and landing performance data.
- Airport and runway obstacle analyses and the production and maintenance of take-off and landing performance data.
- Evaluation of potential new airports and supporting company airport categorisation process.
- Produce payload/range analyses for potential new routes.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field and operational experience in a commercial airline environment. You will need to be a quick learner with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational, communication and analytical ability.
