We are now offering a “Flexible Position” that gives you the option to choose the schedule that best fits your journey. In this support position (after a brief training period) you will be able to choose the shifts that you pick up. There is no obligation, you can work as much, or as little, as your schedule allows. If that sounds like you, we'd love you to come help us serve chicken to the North Durham area. Benefits to you Can only work maximum of 10hrs a week. You control which shifts, and how many you pick up. There is no obligation to pick up a shift. You will receive a shift meal of up to $11 if you work 4 hours or more. You will receive the employee discount of 50% off meals as long as you have picked up a shift in the past 30 days. We close every Sunday to give our employees a day to rest, and worship if they choose. Our Expectation We would like to see availability from 7am until 5pm. Most of our available shifts will be during these hours. Must keep up with weekly training posts (estimated 2 minute read) to be eligible to pick up shifts. You will be trained on pick-up window, expediting, and lobby attendant. These positions do require hours on your feet.
