Job Role; Fleet Administration – moving to Fleet Manager
Location; Rochdale – MUST – be a car owner / driver – on site car parking
Salary; c £26,000 – dependent on experience – this will rise as you progress to Fleet Manager

With my Client I am looking to appoint a Fleet Administrator – who will progress to Fleet Manager.
The primary function of the Fleet Administrator will be to manage the Company Vehicles and Drivers maintenance and compliance in the UK and EU – you will need to work to ensure that the Fleet is Legal and Compliant at all times.
On a daily / weekly / monthly basis the role of the Transport Administrator will include;
- Procurement and Maintenance of Vehicles
- Licensing and Insurance Compliance
- Financial and Account Management
- Ad hoc duties as required
Skills and experience needed to be suited to the Transport Administrator role will include;
- an understanding of Fleet and Vehicles
- an understanding of Fleet Finance including P11D’s / Fines etc
- breakdown and call out management
- Repairs and Servicing
- Fuel Card and Congestion Charging
The Transport Administration role is Office based – Monday to Friday.
