Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join our Asset & Technology Solutions unit to work in Derby.
Role Purpose:
This role will be required to work cross functionally across the Service Desk Operations teams, delivering aspects of Operational Fleet support.
What you'll be doing
As a Fleet Administrator, you will have the following accountabilities:
- Accurately capture and monitor through to resolution external hire requests for variety of vehicles, working closely with the wider operations team to minimise downtime and maximise customer satisfaction;
- Develop relationships with the Customer and support them with to fulfil their external hire vehicle requirements;
- Provide prompt resolution to any disputes raised by the Customer, liaising with all relevant parties to reach an agreed outcome. Ensuring on-going records are amended to reduce the risk of repeat;
- Ensure that records are maintained in compliance with the processes outlined within the Balfour Beatty Business Management System.

- The role requires strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills;
- The individual will be capable of prioritising their workload ensuring they deliver what is required within the given timescales;
- The individual will demonstrate a tenacious approach to problem solving,
investigating all appropriate avenues until such time that resolution is reached.
