Avaliable Job Today Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key departments and stakeholders, and delivering customer Management Information reports. The account manager will also answer customer queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Data & Reporting departments) to maintain and improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
We are looking for an account manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. They need to have experience within Fleet Management, Transport or related industries.
Responsibilities.
- Managing drivers vehicle selection, ordering and quoting.
- Provide support and reassurance to customers.
- Host Monthly & Quarterly account reviews with Customers to maintain engagement and build relationships.
- To share meeting actions with the wider business and ensure that all agreed target dates are achieved, and customers updated.
- Analyse Customer MI data & cascade narrative to Customers.
- Respond to customer communications or queries and resolve any issues.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
- Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Support the wider business in identifying improvements that can be implemented to enhance both driver and customer experience.
