Sleeperz is currently recruiting for a Hotel Support Manager to join their friendly team on a fixed term basis for three months!

This is a remote role travelling between Edinburgh, Cardiff, and Dundee & Newcastle with occasional travel to Liverpool and London.

We are looking for individual to drive delivery of excellent guest service throughout the hotel both directly and through effective leadership of an engaged and motivated Front of House, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping Teams.

In addition to this, to be able to maintain your level of service across the group to ensure that guests and fellow team member support and experience remain the same.

Key responsibilities will involve but are not exlcuive to:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality throughout the guest journey, championing our standards of excellence by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals and providing heartfelt attention in the heart of the neighbourhood
  • Know all components and features of The Resident & Sleeperz Guest Journey and ensure that all standards are met.
  • Ensure all team members deliver excellence via regular performance management, development, training and targets.
  • Ensure that the team maintains a high level of personal presentation, wearing correct uniform and offering a professional, courteous and friendly experience.
  • Monitor overall guest satisfaction following up feedback survey results/reviews, emails, letters and phone calls, using all the tech tools available.
  • Respond to guest feedback and complaints promptly with respect, empathy and professionalism, providing a response and initiating corrective action where required.
  • Strive to ensure our guest ratings across all sources of feedback including TripAdvisor rankings are a focus for the entire team.
  • Protect guest confidentiality and ensure data protection policies are followed.
