GXO is currently on the look-out for a talented and driven leader to join our Matches Fashion team in Park Royal and continue to deliver our high standards with our high performing teams. The site is going from strength to strength, and we need your support to reach our growing goals.
This is a full time, permanent position where you will be working 37.5 hours per week on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern. The core hours of work are 08:00 – 16:00, however you will need to be flexible at times to work between the operational hours of 06:00 – 22:00, this is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more:
You will be paid a salary of up to £55,000 per annum and receive 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Effectively manage warehouse shift operations and the associated workforce, ensuring adherence to all company, customer, and legal requirements- Enable efficient execution of the daily plan for all product receipts and despatches through the warehouse making optimal use of the manpower and resource available, ensuring delivery on time in full of all orders
- Ensure effective communication of issues with the general manager and other department/functions/teams, as necessary, to ensure the risk of disruption to the operation is minimised

Experience working in an operational leadership role, within a complex and fast-paced warehouse environment- An ability to work under pressure and within expected deadlines, in an organised and informed manner
- An approachable and professional demeanour, able to question, challenge and deliver process improvements
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
