We are recruiting for a client based in Trafford Park, they are looking for customer focused individuals to join their team dealing with their existing clients and dealing with technical enquiries.
The role offers flexible working with 3 days office based and 2 days working from home.
Role
- You will be answering calls from clients, also answering emails and livechat.
- Providing support and guidance
- Resolving any technical issues the customer is experiencing
- Escalating any further technical issues to the senior tech team
- Providing great customer service
