Position: Shift Controller
Location: Rugby
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7, Rotational shift, 5.30am to 14:00pm 13:30pm to 10:00pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Managing the health and safety and productivity of 20 operatives within a e-com environment for areas such as pick pack receiving and put away
- Opportunity to support sites both locally and internationally
- Managing HR related queries within there team such as absence, performance and conduct

- Knowledge of JDA system desirable
- Experience of working within a fast paced E-com environment OMS lead
- Active FLM or shift controller experience is essential - 2 years plus
- Knowledge of people management processes
- OMS experience is advantageous
