Role Purpose:
- To plan, co- ordinate, supervise and report the work activities of a team of Warehouse Colleagues.
- Achieve Warehouse Colleague engagement by demonstrating positive role modelling behaviours, excellent conduct and clear communications.
- To drive and develop individuals to create a successful team.
- To provide effective leadership in team and individual motivation. Ensure all colleagues have the necessary training to carry out their role and development plans to work to throughout the year.

Requirements:
- Supervisory/Management experience in Warehouse and Logistics environmemnt
- Management level role with similar levels of people responsibility within Warehouse& Logistics
- Previous WMS experience
- Literacy and numeracy skills
- Analytical, problem solving, organisational and motivational skills
