100% remote home working role. Healthcare Triage Customer Support Worker needed.
We are currently recruiting for a First Contact Advisor to provide primary care support by answering inbound calls to patients at multiple GP surgeries nationwide.
We are looking for individuals, preferably with NHS experience, who can confidently take patients through a medical telephone triage, accurately and efficiently. Someone who likes to be pushed to their limits, enjoys a fast paced work environment, all with the benefits to work from the comfort of your own home.
Paid training is provided.

Shift patterns: Multiple positions available - shifts are 8-1.30 pm / 1-6.30 pm.
Hours: Temporary contract with potential for permanent after 3 month probation period. Current availability for up to 25 hours per week.
Salary: up to £11/hr.
