The role of the Receptionist is primarily to deliver an astounding customer service experience, to our clients, colleagues and financial advisors.
Some of the tasks will include:
- the welcoming of visitors to Eight
- answer, screen and forward telephone calls
- offer support to any person who comes to reception seeking assistance
- ensure reception area and meeting rooms are always clean and tidy and above presentable
- Carry out other administrative duties in relation to the role
You will also build relationships with both internal and external parties, and be able to provide excellent customer service for all clients.
This is a busy role, so you must be pro-active, be great at organising your work and time, have a great ‘can-do’ attitude. You must be an excellent communicator and team player. We also embrace the use of technology; so, you must be willing to engage in new developments when they arise, along with having excellent IT knowledge in MS Office products. Training will be given in all our systems, all we ask for, is a positive attitude towards learning new things!
This is an office-based role, predominantly working Monday to Friday., however we do like to work SMART at Eight, and there may be the occasional Saturday that you may be required to work.
