We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Enablement and Onboarding Specialist to join our Go to Market Strategy & Operations team. As a real people person, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new joiners in the sales team, ensuring that they are equipped with everything they need to succeed. You will be a hands-on builder, excited about owning and building Sales Enablement & knowledge sharing as an SME. Your role will be to collaborate with Marketing and Sales to standardize sales collateral, evaluate new and existing tools, and ensure that the usage of tools adds value. You will also have a great follow-through potential and be able to proactively spot where improvements are needed and listen happily to feedback and requirements from sales..
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and improve the onboarding of new joiners to the sales team by ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
- Own the Confluence knowledge hub set up and ensure it is kept up-to-date and accurate
- Work with Marketing and Sales to standardize sales collateral, including creating useful sales collateral like Playbooks, templates, and cheat sheets for sales
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between teams, capture best practices from sales, and foster idea exchange
- Join sales calls to understand their requirements and get learnings
- Evaluate new and existing tools, maintain existing tools, and ensure the usage of tools adds value
- Conduct feedback surveys with sales team to identify areas for improvement
- Organize team events to foster team building and improve morale
- Apply strong motivation for continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, solution engineering, sales enablement or related field
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Confluence or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Google Suite, CRM (salesforce ideally) and project management tools.
- Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.
