This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience working within administration, who can deal with clients over the phone/via email, as well as knowledge within financial services. You will gain a great deal of experience in building relationships with senior stakeholders, completing administrative tasks such as preparing papers for meetings and maintaining a high level of organisation at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Data cleanses corrupt and inaccurate client records on Intelliflo
- Import cleansed client records to Moneyinfo
- Raising fees and invoices for consultants and corporate accounts
- Upload fact find information to the client management system (Intelliflo)
- Obtain policy information and valuations, maintain on Intelliflo
- To process all new business and client correspondence
- Ensure any deadlines given by consultants/providers are met
- Maintain up to date client files
- Assist consultants in pre-meeting preparation and annual reviews
- Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FSA Statements of Principle & Code of Practice, and the relevant FSA rules at all times.
- Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business
- Comply with the relevant Compliance, T&C and anti-Money Laundering Procedures of the firm at all times.
- Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative or technical changes.
Skills Required
- MS office packages – Word, Outlook, Excel.
- At least 1 – 2 years in an administration background
- Minimum of 1 year working within professional/financial services
- High attention to detail at all times
- Strong orgnaisation skills, and able to prioritise work accordingly
