We are looking for a Financial Services Taxi Sales Agent Apprentice to join our energetic Taxi Unit who has a positive and proactive approach and is excited by a challenge.

We want a Sales Agent who is:

  • Friendly and enjoys building relationships with people
  • Committed to supporting clients using effective communication techniques, including asking questions and listening to client responses
  • Focused on delivering exceptional customer service by working collaboratively across departments to resolve customer queries quickly and provide the right solution, first time.
  • Able to keep their product and finance services knowledge up to date
  • Adept at understanding the need to ensure compliance in FCA regulated activities and when amending financial agreements and customer documentation
  • Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • A team player who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and understands the importance of their role and the role of others in their team.

Acorn Insurance Apprenticeship Programme

The Acorn Apprenticeship Programme is designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and behaviours you will need to accelerate your career progression, whilst you earn a competitive salary and gain practical experience.

During the apprenticeship, you will:

  • Work with a Training and Development Coach to create a professional development plan that is personalised to your needs.
  • Attend monthly, face-to-face, or online Masterclasses on topics such as problem solving, customer service and delivering results.
  • Receive 1:1 support from Coaches who have significant experience of being a customer services adviser within the financial sector.
  • Get six-hours of study time per week.
  • Be able to attend workshops and guest speaker seminars.
