Summary of the Role
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant to join a very busy and dynamic Accounts Receivable team.
The role sits within the Accounts Receivable Team who form part of the Financial Operations Department at the University of Exeter. The Financial Operations strategy encompasses cross functional working and a continuous improvement ethos, encouraging feedback to increase efficiencies, drive innovation and promote a positive and empowered work environment.
As a team member, key areas you will support with are the raising of invoices, responding to queries by email and telephone, ensuring timely payments from our Commercial Customers and Students, and a wide range of other key financial processes. You will work closely with multiple colleagues across the University in delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders. We are seeking a proactive, positive team player who will exhibit our core values.
