Job Profile: Stand Builder UK & Europe Onsite)

Burgess Hill, West Sussex

What you will be doing:

Providing support to the Warehouse Manager within the following areas:

Preparation & Transport:

• Checking job packs:

• - Understanding construction of stand and requesting further information when required

• Loading & driving of van:

• - Make sure all items are packed correctly prior to leaving premises.
• - Driving company vehicle up to 7.5t to client sites across the UK & Europe.

Working Onsite

• Stand Construction & Installation:

• - Constructing stand quickly, efficiently, safely and to a high standard
• - Ensuring flooring is laid properly and cabling in the correct places
• - Liaising with client where appropriate
• - Noting any problems or issues with installation to later report to Warehouse Manager
• - Contacting Warehouse Manager with any issues regarding the construction
• - Getting client to sign-off the stand construction.

• Quality Assurance:

• - Ensure stand build is carried out to the highest standards at all times,
• - Cleaning of graphics / structure / tables
• - Lighting affixed correctly and bulbs operating.
• - Hoovering and all other finishing touches

• Dismantle:

• - Managing dismantles and making sure that exhibition and all other equipment is correctly packed.
• - Ensuring dismantle is completed quickly and effectively.
• - Reporting to Warehouse Manager any lost / stolen / damaged items.

• Flexibility to support the Warehouse with pick & pack jobs and deliveries (where required during peak season, or for sickness/holiday cover).

• Any maintenance or other duties as specified by the Warehouse Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £24,250.00 per year
