Our Finance Control team takes care of things with resilience, commercial know how and a razor-sharp attention to detail. Our Financial Control Analyst supports the Financial Controls Framework programme, including supporting in-scope processes, providing subject matter expertise on the overall SOX programme, design and operation of controls and monitoring remediation progress.
Acting as the key liaison with external advisors and serving as the interface between the business and the project team, strong stakeholder management is key! This role supports group-wide control initiatives - such as implementation of software / tools, design and implementation of group-wide controls.
General responsibilities include gaining an understanding of the overall financial control environment, coordinating documentation requests and testing, identifying and evaluating deficiencies, and providing controls guidance for process and system changes. – solid communication and influence are crucial with getting the job done.
What you need to do the role
We are on the hunt for newly qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA professionals, who are keen, motivated and passionate people. We want you to thrive with us in this business, previous work with Internal Audit on SOX audit scoping and planning activities and experience with SOX/COSO internal control frameworks is ideal. This role is the chance for you to make a difference and build a great process, it’s not your standard role, we want your input!

Location and Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Hangar 89 (hybrid working) and will be 40 hours per week.
