Job Title: Operations Analyst (Crypto Funds)

We have an opportunity for a talented Operations Analyst (Crypto-Funds) to join our company. This role would be ideally suited to a financially savvy, highly detail-oriented, and crypto-native individual who is able to work independently, and efficiently manage day to day processes.
Responsibilities & Expectations
Based out of the United Kingdom, with preference to those in London, and reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the main responsibilities and expectations for the role are:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day fund operations with different vendors and service providers (custodians, fund administrators, auditors, banks, independent directors, legal representatives, tax advisors, exchanges etc)
- Manage internal databases with respect to fund performance, finance, tax, website, CRM/prospect pipeline et al
- Identify and lead projects to streamline internal processes and gain operational efficiencies
- Coordinate with finance team to arrange payments and reimburse expenses
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Financial or Operational roles
- Experience in blockchain/crypto industry OR Experience in Asset Management
- Project Management or process improvement experience
- Very well organized with strong attention to detail
- Adaptable and excited about the prospect of working in a start-up environment
- Strong sense of accountability and results-driven ethos
- Strong spreadsheet analysis and presentation preparation skills
- Undergraduate degree from a recognized University
- Advanced analytical and time management skills
- Budgeting and financial knowledge
- Highly skilled in learning on the job and continuously learning
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Mature, professional, driven, empathetic.
