About the MT:
The Mouse Trap is a cheese, wine & cocktail bar in the heart of Ramsbottom. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, gorgeous food and or varied portfolio of events. 2023 is proving to be a big year for the MT and we are hiring a full-time front of house all rounder to strengthen our team as we grow this year.
Job Description:
Serving guests and ensuring a high quality customer experience throughout their visit
To make cheese boards, signature cocktails and provide guidance on wines
To ensure a tidy, comfortable and clean environment for guests at all times
Provide allergen information when requested
To communicate effectively and consistently with your colleagues, whilst having the customers experience as a priority at all times
To promote in-house and external events through service and create awareness of the MT What's on calendar
To manage customer complaints and communicate with management at the earliest opportunity
Following food safe guidelines at all times and ensuring we are compliant with Safer
Foods Better Business expectations
Job Specification:
Previous hospitality experience essential
Basic allergen knowledge*
Basic bartending knowledge*
Barista trained essential*
An interest in cheese!
The ability to high pressure situations
Multitasking
