Job Purpose

The role of Graduate Commercial Analyst is really important to us. You will be responsible for providing financial, commercial and analytical support to Radius, including the development of performance reporting, designed to provide key stakeholders with appropriate insight to make informed business decisions.

We would love to welcome you to our Crewe HQ office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

• Gathering data from various sources to allow for daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Help to cleanse data at the source to ensure one version of the truth in our reported numbers
• Speaking to various teams to help resolve data issues – Group Finance, Accounting & Financial Control, Commercial Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR
• Maintaining & developing existing reporting and KPI suite to assist the management team with decision making
• Challenge submissions from other teams to ensure that our reporting is accurate and consistent

What do we expect of you?

• Degree level education, preferably mathematical, statistical, finance or economics or same via experience
• Good technical skills with basic knowledge and experience use of MS Excel Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Personable, approachable, and dynamic, reliable worker
• Ability to work to strict deadlines, operating with a continuous improvement attitude
• Show an impressive attitude and not only take full responsibility for their duties but are enthusiastic to take on new challenges which will develop their own career
