• Sorting, coding and data entry vendor and manufacturer invoices into Reynolds and Reynolds system
• Verify and match invoices to purchase orders
• Process bi-weekly on-demand cheques
• Process monthly cheque run
• Process monthly business office remittances
• Reconcile vendor statements, manufacturer statements and credit card statements
• Reconcile electronic transfer payments account
• Reconcile sublet and payables schedules
• Preparing daily bank deposit and reconciling daily credit card receipts
• Preparation of monthly customer statements
• Payment taking and coordination with wholesale customers
• Filing
• Providing backup and relief coverage for reception, as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

• Have working knowledge of the accounting cycle
• Accounts Payable related duties
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Be self-motivated and pro-active
• Ability to handle high volume of transactions within tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Positive attitudes and a desire for continuous improvement for self and the organization
• Automotive Experience would be an asset
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience would be an asset
