Claims Fraud Advisor

We are currently recruiting for Claims Fraud Advisor to be a part of our Motor Fraud team. This could be a great opportunity for you, if you are seeking the next step in your career, have a background in insurance and experience within fraud prevention.
A bit about the job:
As the Claims Fraud Advisor, you will support the frontline claims handlers when they have identified potential fraud on a motor claim and appropriately triage cases that have been identified as potential fraud from various sources to the Motor Investigation team to progress the investigation.
You will be training and coaching on a 1:1 level or larger groups. You will support our frontline handlers to ensure we’re continuously improving detection and referral rates, protecting our business and our genuine customers from fraudulent behaviour
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Understanding of claims fraud investigations and possible outcomes of investigations
Ability to read and interpret data
The ability to effectively manage personal workload
Excellent communication skills – written and oral
Previous coaching/training experience

Salary up to £30,800 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
