Role Overview
The Appointment Booker & Sales Admin will play a crucial role in setting appointments, conducting email marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support for the sales team. This part-time position is remote but candidates must be based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and book appointments with potential clients through email marketing, phone calls, and social media
- Execute and manage email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Follow-up on leads and inquiries
- Prepare sales documents and reports as needed
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Create and post relevant content on social media platforms to engage potential clients
Requirements
- Own PC with reliable and strong WiFi connection
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required
- Experience with email marketing platforms preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Must be UK-based or have the right to work in the UK
