This is a key appointment for the firm as we’re looking to grow our loyal and valued team.
Development through to paraplanner is also eventually an option within this company, and full study support will be provided.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for anyone who either currently thoroughly enjoys a varied technical role and is looking for progression prospects, or anyone looking to advance their IFA Admin skill set, and that would enjoy working closely with advisers in this way.
Desirable experience
Experience within an IFA Administration role is essential.

Key duties:
· Dealing with the administration, new business processing and meeting preparation
· Prepare client information for the Consultant for client reviews
· Build strong and professional relationships with clients
· Proactively develop client based to assist the Consultant
· Provide technical assistance to other team members
· Drafting of suitability letters
· Ensure client information is fully updated on the back office system (Salesforce), including the creation and updating of fact find, preparing valuations and obtaining quotations, undertaking portfolio transactions, liaising with providers, resolving admin-based queries from clients and filing.
