We are now seeking a meticulous Reconciliation Analyst to join our finance team.

Job Overview: As a Reconciliation Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our financial team, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Your precision, strong analytical skills, and knack for problem-solving will help maintain the financial integrity of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile all transactions and ensure they are accurately posted and classified.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in the financial records.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organisation to rectify any transactional issues.
  • Prepare regular reconciliation reports for the management team.
  • Assist with financial audits by providing relevant transactional data and reconciliation reports.
  • Continuously improve the reconciliation process by identifying and implementing more efficient methods or tools.

Key Attributes:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with financial software systems and databases.
