Have you got experience working in a Financial Accounting Assistant role? Are you studying for your AAT or recently completed your AAT? If you’ve answered yes, then you could be the right person to join the Finance team in our Hull, HU1 3HA office.

As our new Financial Accounting Assistant you will be responsible for making daily payments to clients, credit control, and processing sales ledger invoices including credit notes and cash.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconcile daily billing reports to commission invoices files, process billing and send out clients reports
- Process all ad hoc invoices for different business sector
- Process daily clients payments via different payment types including BACs payments
- Weekly collection & commission reconciliation to meet specific clients billing requirement
- Deal with internal and external enquiries in relation to invoices and payments
- Credit control - chase clients for unpaid commission invoices and produce Aged Debt Report weekly in addition to allocating incoming payments to client accounts and contact clients with any discrepancies
