ROLE: Digital Marketing Executive
SALARY: £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
LOCATION: Hybrid Working - Office Based in Edgbaston, Birmingham
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Brand & Communications, the Digital Marketing Executive role is designed to keep CrowdProperty focused on the activity that really makes a difference – creating and distributing content that delivers results through digital channels.
The Executive will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of social media and email communications, creating and delivering content, and managing campaigns that reach our target audience in a timely and effective manner to meet both the long- and short-term commercial objectives of the business.
The role requires a focus on delivery of social media plans to high quality standards, the ability to liaise and guide others in the business on best practice, the creation of copy which is relevant and engaging for the target audience, and engaging positively in relevant online communities.
The Executive will also be responsible for delivering a busy schedule of email communications to segments of our various audiences, managing third party solus campaigns, and supporting a programme of automated emails.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage company social media channels, including Facebook / LinkedIn / Twitter / Instagram / YouTube and other relevant platforms across CrowdProperty
· Manage CEO & Property Director social media presence across relevant channels
· Manage community engagement on social media channels, including responding to / directing enquiries promptly
· Work with the wider Marketing team to plan, create and deliver engaging content for organic and paid campaigns and emails
· Ability to plan and deploy email campaigns, including creation, testing and delivery
· Develop strong customer engagement and retention strategies to increase customer life time value
· Make data-driven decisions to develop automation and deliver dynamically populated, highly personalised content at key points in the customer journey
· Track, analyse and report on activity performance
· Assisting the Performance Marketing Manager with copy and creative requirements
· Assisting with other ad hoc marketing duties
SKILLS REQUIRED AND BACKGROUND
· ESSENTIAL: Degree in Marketing, English Language and/or Literature, or related subject
· ESSENTIAL: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
· Excellent knowledge across all social media platforms
· Background of delivering value-adding content strategies for businesses
· Experience of social media scheduling tools – Buffer, Hootsuite, etc
· Ability to plan and deploy email campaigns, including creation, testing and delivery
· Knowledge of email marketing software – Hubspot and InfusionSoft
· Excellent written skills, including ability to assume in-house style and tone of voice
· Experience in a CRM role with knowledge of marketing automation desirable
· Knowledge of CRM best practice, data driven campaigns and translating data insights into actionable outcomes
· Strong creative and technical skills, comfortable working with data
· Excellent communication skills across all levels of a business
· Team player, friendly, approachable with a flexible attitude
· Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
