About the role and our team
Join our team as a Social Worker for the Community Mental Health Service within Manx Care!
As part of a large multi-disciplinary team you will work with people with severe and enduring mental health problems, providing specialist interventions for a defined caseload of clients.
You will play an important role in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care plans for those under our care, supporting their recovery through providing expert psychological interventions, with a recovery focus.
You will have the opportunity to develop a partnership with both internal and external agencies, as well as charitable organisations to support the recovery of our patients.
You’ll be joining our large, friendly and supportive team who will there to nurture your existing skills and help you develop and further develop your professional skills and experience. If this role sounds interesting and you think it would be a good fit for you, we would love to hear from you!
