Yusen Logistics are looking for a Finance Systems Administrator who will be responsible for maintenance of all finance system within the department. You will be involved in system projects designed to make the financial processes both more efficient and effective.

The Finance Systems Administrator will be a vital part of the team, reporting to the FP&A Manager, ensuring management of the systems, reporting and maintaining existing relationships with key stakeholders. The role will offer a salary range of between £23,000 and £25,000 (Subject to experience). You will work remotely with a willingness to travel when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for carrying out regular checks to ensure finance systems have the correct users with appropriate levels of access
To be involved in systems upgrades, implementations and migrations
Maintaining integrity and accuracy of system and reporting processes
Managing shared inbox and where possible, ensuring that appropriate action is taken and bringing queries to the attention of other members of the team
You will be required to maintain accurate records of existing users and new users on the systems
Supporting and dealing with day to day inquiries related to the department
Utilising systems and excel to produce reports as required
Carry out any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the team


Skills and Experience:

A recognised accountancy qualification (AAT or equivalent) is desirable
Extensive knowledge of MS Office and intermediate Excel skills
Excellent communication skills across all levels and disciplines
Strong organisational skills, ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities
An understanding of Microsoft Teams
Experience of working autonomously and driving activities using own initiative
Strong ‘can do’ orientated attitude
Willingness to learn
