Job Description.
Our client, a London based Museum is looking for a Finance Officer to join them as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
The role would suit a Finance Officer with previous experience of managing various ongoing tasks and prioritising workload when business needs change.
A talent for data accuracy is essential for this role.
Duties:
- Ensure all financial date is accurately loaded onto systems
- Lead and manage one Finance Assistant
- Complete analysis and reconciliations
- Liaising with the accounts team to ensure all information is timely and any issues identified and resolved
- Maintain an excellent understanding of financial systems, data flows and transactions
- Develop KPI targets and ensure the team meet set targets
Experience required:
- Part qualified with plan to complete professional accountancy qualification
- Excellent systems and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of Agressor and Navision software would be ideal but not essential
