Job Description.

Our client, a London based Museum is looking for a Finance Officer to join them as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

The role would suit a Finance Officer with previous experience of managing various ongoing tasks and prioritising workload when business needs change.

A talent for data accuracy is essential for this role.

Duties:

• Ensure all financial date is accurately loaded onto systems
• Lead and manage one Finance Assistant
• Complete analysis and reconciliations
• Liaising with the accounts team to ensure all information is timely and any issues identified and resolved
• Maintain an excellent understanding of financial systems, data flows and transactions
• Develop KPI targets and ensure the team meet set targets

Experience required:

• Part qualified with plan to complete professional accountancy qualification
• Excellent systems and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of Agressor and Navision software would be ideal but not essential
