We have an opportunity for an experienced Healthcare assistant to join our well-established, friendly team at our thriving, day-case, plastic surgery hospital; The Cadogan Clinic, in the heart of Chelsea.
Our multi award-winning clinic is co-founded by our world-renowned plastic surgeon Mr Bryan Mayou, best known for introducing liposuction into the UK, and his wife Dr Susan Mayou who is our leading consultant dermatologist (as featured in the Tatler Beauty and Cosmetic Surgery Guide 2022). With innovation at our heart, we continue to pioneer the latest techniques in cosmetic healthcare, treating over 20,000 patients each year.

Job Specification
As a Healthcare Assistant you will support with overall day to day operation of the clinical & consulting outpatient’s rooms ensuring overall care and safety to the patient, visitors and staff” This is a full- time position consisting of 40 hours per week working shifts. Monday to Friday, early shifts starting at 7am and late shifts finishing at 8.30pm, and 1 (maximum 2) Saturdays a month.
What you’ll be doing
1. Assist in the delivery of care to meet individual patient needs
2. Establish good communication with patients, consultants, and colleagues on routine care matters
3. Ensure that your actions contribute towards maintaining quality and service
4. Assist consultants with injectables, minor ops and chaperoning various appointments
5. Assist and support senior managers in developing and implementing processes
6. Assess priorities and act with urgency to facilitate a streamlined patient journey
7. Contribute to your own personal development
8. Support all regulatory processes within the clinic
9. Assist with Mole check/mole mapping appointments

Desired qualifications
- NVQ in Care Level 3/4 or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an outpatient area within a hospital.
- To hold a Care certificate or be working towards this.
- Experience within 5* industry would be greatly beneficial.
