Role Overview
The role will report to the Group Head of Management Reporting with a daily working relationship with TP ICAP’s Regional and Divisional finance teams as well as monthly reporting to the business.
The Global Finance Allocations Manager is responsible for the efficient and accurate running of the monthly allocations process which impacts across entities in all TP ICAP’s global locations as well as each global division. As well as being responsible for monitoring and reporting on the drivers behind the allocations to all stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities
- Drive efficient and optimal allocation of the Support and Corporate costs to externally reported divisions for Group reporting.
- Ownership of the central allocations process including rules and key drivers.
- Monitor the monthly Forecast and Budget process of allocations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide support to management to aid understanding of the effect of allocations on their KPIs.
- Engage with allocation recipients (particularly with business heads and their desk heads) to ensure they understand the allocations and to follow up on any issues and remediate, if appropriate.
- Responsible for ensuring the allocation process supports local requirements in terms of commercial outcome and local laws.
- Responsible for transfer pricing compliance in close corporation with Tax department.
- Ownership of the annual driver signoff process in advance of each calendar year.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors on allocation processes.
Experience / Competences
Essential
- Qualified Accountant with significant experience (more than 5 years PQE).
- Understanding of IFRS accounting policies.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge to advance level is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to take decisions and implement.
Desired
- Experience with OneStream suite of analytical tools beneficial.
- Interpersonal skills and experience of business partnering with multiple senior and non-Finance stakeholders across the business.
- Organisational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
- Diligent and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver high quality, well considered solutions.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and to support strategic change.
