Job description
Main Purpose
To assist in the take day to day operational responsibility for all financial matters relating to personal health budgets, liaising with users and commissioners accordingly and producing accurate data in a timely manner.
This is a permanent fulltime role at 37 hours per week, but part time applications will be considered on a job share basis.
Responsibilities of Job
· Access to Work invoicing on Sage 50
· Assisting with organising the remittance email inbox, especially clearing out the older dated emails
· Amending status of client accounts following termination emails received
· Tidying up client account data including closing ceased accounts with zero balances
· Raising Offer 2 Business invoices on Sage 50
· Posting Supplier invoices on to Sage– Partly
· Raising Public Health Budgets invoices on Tradeshift (no experience necessary, full training will be given)
· Raising and submitting Local Authority invoices using specific portals and procurement instructions, including Cambridgeshire, Oxford & Leicester
· Taking payments over the phone
· Chasing aged debt
· Bank reconciliation
· Any other adhoc tasks
Person Specification
· Eligible to work in the UK
· Ideally AAT Level 2 or equivalent
· Experience of disability, either in a personal or professional capacity
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot Tables preferable)
· Knowledge of computerised accounting systems, including SAGE 50
· Excellent customer service skills
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent numeracy and computer literacy skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and prioritise work in order to ensure competing deadlines are met.

· Proven ability to thrive and succeed within a busy finance function
· Experience of supporting customers with disabilities
