The successful applicant must have experienced with Xero, have bookkeeping experience, have demonstrable experience of working in a finance environment. It is essential that you have excellent understanding and experience of managing and handling confidential and sensitive information professionally and in accordance with GDPR.

Duties will include maintaining the following:
- To produce Accurate financial records.
- Process payments to our suppliers.
- Manage payroll for two branches.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Raising invoice to clients, funders and using funders platform to verify all invoices.
- Chasing clients pending payment, taking payments, and reviewing accounts.
- Submit monthly/yearly taxes to HMRC.
- Managing contracts with stakeholders/suppliers and their queries
- Monitoring the aged creditors analysis to identify overdue and successfully follow all collection to completion.
- Query Resolution - Investigating and resolving all internal/external disputes.
- Bank account and credit card reconciliations in xero.
- Sending payment links for Direct Debit.
- Set up and sending SLA to all new clients for deposit prior to commence of service.
- Monitoring accounts inbox, sending all bills through approval system.
- Preparing 4 weekly payroll using Access Group CRM system to finalise payroll.
- Liaise all staff queries on payroll to successful outcome.
- Reconciliation of petty cash and credit cards.
- Produce monthly and YTD management accounts and flag alert where possible.
Required experience:
- Experience using Xero and Excel
- Prior bookkeeping experience required.
- IT literate
- Understanding of management accounts
