Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build out the Centre of Excellence for Analytics in EMEA.
  • Champion best practices and change management of analytics across the bank.
  • Develop a communication strategy to promote the CoE's digital presence.
  • Mentor and coach analysts, fostering growth within the wider Analytics Community.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose analytics and insights.
  • Identify cross-functional use-cases to drive business value.
  • Support the implementation of self-serve analytics and the EMEA Data Strategy Framework.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in setting up a data analytics function or establishing a centre of excellence.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and data manipulation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and approaches.
  • Understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not a must - candidates from all industry backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
