Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and build out the Centre of Excellence for Analytics in EMEA.
- Champion best practices and change management of analytics across the bank.
- Develop a communication strategy to promote the CoE's digital presence.
- Mentor and coach analysts, fostering growth within the wider Analytics Community.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose analytics and insights.
- Identify cross-functional use-cases to drive business value.
- Support the implementation of self-serve analytics and the EMEA Data Strategy Framework.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in setting up a data analytics function or establishing a centre of excellence.
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and data manipulation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles and approaches.
- Understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not a must - candidates from all industry backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
