Job description

Next Level Training are looking for a Level 3 Digital Marketing apprentice to join their team. We are a training provider who specialise in business apprenticeships.

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment and Marketing Apprentice to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organisation, while also promoting our brand and mission to the wider community.

Apprenticeship Details:

  • Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • Functional skills if required

Job Purpose:

General Responsibilities (Recruitment)

  • Responding to candidates and applicants if on social platforms
  • Sending the texts and emails to book internal interviews when unable to contact
  • Carrying out email marketing campaigns to generate further interest
  • Supporting the weekly skill assessment days for learners
  • Attending networking meetings and events, promoting Next Level and what we do
  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound enquiries
  • Auditing recruitment paperwork ensuring it meets the Education Skills Funding Agency guidelines
  • To be fully supportive on inspections/audits within the Employer engagement/recruitment practices procedures.
  • To evaluate and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate information is always readily available

General Responsibilities (Marketing)

  • Blog writing and content creation for all social media platforms
  • Creating and maintaining the diary and scheduled posts for social media
  • SEO development across all search engines to ensure our high ranking
  • Monitoring of data and website traffic to analyse trends and performance
  • Sourcing marketing materials and updating posters
  • Creating video campaigns and case studies of previous leaners and employers for promotion
  • Lead generation
  • Working with the Recruitment Manager in updating and maintaining our LinkedIn, ensuring current and relevant posts inline with other social media outlets

What we are looking for:

  • Some knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Driven by results, able to adapt to changing situations
  • Eager to gain technical skills in either Digital Marketing or Recruitment
  • Confident and able to communicate well
  • Creative and able to discuss ideas, provide feedback
  • Able to work well as an individual and as part of a small team

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: £11,000.00-£12,000.00 per year
