What is my role as Guest Relations Manager?
The GRM is part of the Guest Relations and Reception team, reporting to the Guest Relations Director. The GRM is the first and last person our guests come into contact when visiting our iconic London restaurant.
The right candidate will represent Sketch identity at our main reception entrance, its' refined approach to service in an environment with a vibrant atmosphere, flair and fun. Kindness is a must and the right candidate must love interacting with returning guests as well as walkins, creating a memorable fun experience for all.
Charming, welcoming, with a genuine passion for customer service, we are looking for an individual with personality and energy as well as years of experience in the London Hospitality sector.

Salary: £37,500.00-£42,000.00 per year
