Job Description
- Raise Invoices and tracking Credit Control
- Raise Estimates, Log Invoices and check supplier statements
- Logging Cash Sales and Deposits to internal system
- Submitting Payroll on MyView
- Preparation of monthly stock takes
- Preparation of weekly departmental forecasting
- Weekly actual to forecast analysis
- Month end management accounts
- Assist with client/customer queries
- Ad hoc duties as specified by General Manager
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, additional requirements for large events
Skills and Experience
- Experience working within an accounts department
- Good numeracy skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Take ownership of delegated tasks

This role sits within our stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's.
