Llais is a new national, independent body set up by the Welsh Government to give the people of Wales a voice in their health and social care services.
Our role is to engage with and listen to the patients and public of Wales. We do this by reaching out to people in their local communities, hearing their views and understanding their experiences of health and social care. We will feed back to decision-makers to help shape and influence future services.

A fantastic opportunity has become available at the National Team Llais for a Finance Manager, Band 7, 37.5 hours per week.
To help us on our journey to make a real difference in health and social care the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable and have good knowledge of office practices.
The Finance Manager role will work closely with the Head of Finance to deliver an efficient and effective financial service for Llais.
The post holder will be responsible for financial accounting, cash management and banking issues.
This is hybrid role, with both remote and office-based working.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable.
Main duties of the job
Taking the lead for the preparation of Llais Annual Accounts, including liaison with External Audit and Welsh Government.
Ensuring that financial control policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout the organisation and compliance monitored and reported.
Responsibility for introducing, adopting, and improving financial systems within the Finance department for the use of others and ensuring any change embrace use of digital developments and are in line with the organisation’s Financial Control Procedures (FCPs).
