21D are looking for an accomplished finance manager to join their team. 21D specialise in full dental implants, transforming the quality of life for customers across the UK. The business has grown rapidly over the last 12 months and, having previously outsourced elements of the finance function, are looking for someone in house to run the day to day finance function and to assist with reporting and data analysis.
The job is predominantly remote, however occasional visits to our sites will be required therefore the ideal candidate will live in or around Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool.
Job Purpose
As the Finance Manager, your role is to manage all of the finance administration required to meet the company’s goals, working with key operations and clinical staff in the company and external finance support.
Role & responsibilities
· Process supplier invoices through the PO system and into Xero
· Reconcile the bank on a daily basis to ensure the Xero record is up to date
· Manage, plan and execute supplier and other payment runs
· Deal effectively with supplier queries and reconcile supplier statements
· Coordinate payroll for the outsourced payroll provider
· Provide reports as required, such as debtors, bank balances etc to management
· Forward planning cash flow to ensure sufficient cash is available when needed
· Assist with queries from the external accountant
· Assist with regular stock takes
· Support the operations team with maintaining the key databases, including data entry and analysis
· Optimise internal processes to ensure an efficient and robust finance environment
About you
This role would ideally suit someone with the following characteristics, knowledge and skills:
· Proven track record within a financial administration role
· Relevant accounting qualifications preferred but not essential (AAT).
· Excellent working knowledge of accounting software Xero would be an advantage but not essential whereas strong excel skills are essential
· A thorough and diligent approach to work with a good eye for detail.
· Able to collaborate with people across an organisation as well as being self motivated
· Positive outlook on challenges and willingness to "muck in" when necessary

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
