To be successful, you will be a university graduate, with a recently completed degree in Accounting or Finance. You will be passionate and enthusiastic, with the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities through inspiring colleagues and leading by example. You will have the confidence to positively challenge, to solve problems and value diversity of thought. A resilient mindset, an agile and flexible approach, and the desire to collaborate with others, beyond your own team will be held in high regard. Accountability for learning, creating the space to be curious with a continuous improvement mind-set is essential.
